Sabbatical Care

They leave for France on the weekend of 28/29th July. They will go on pilgrimage to Taizé where they will do a house swap with a young German family who will look after the vicarage. Gavin will also take a retreat to north Wales later in August. During the sabbatical, the Revd David Meara will assist with pastoral care and services – david.meara@gmail.com. David is the former Archdeacon of London and has much experience and know-how. He will be ably assisted by Alyson Peberdey, Rodney Hill, Mary Gurr, William Whyte, and Nicholas Bradbury. The Knight family will return on Christ the King – 25th November 2018. Please pray that in the sabbatical period, more people will discover their vocation to become disciples of Christ.
