Church Partnerships

St Michael's works alongside other Christian communities in order to strengthen the church's ministry and mission within Summertown, Wolvercote and Cutteslowe.
The ecumenical partnership involves St Michael's and St Peter's Anglican churches alongside the United Reformed Church in Summertown and the Wolvercote Baptist Church.
Representatives from each church meet regularly to share what each church has been doing, to oversee existing joint areas of work - including mission and outreach, joint services and study courses, and children's work - and to discuss new joint initiatives.
We also share a website: www.summertown-wolvercotechurchpartnership.org.
Partnership Link is produced weekly throughout the year except during August. The common side of Partnership Link gives information relevant to all congregations. Read the latest issue.
Ecumenism is an important component of St Michael's approach to Christianity. We are a member of the Churches Together in North Oxford (CTNO) and have provided from within our congregation several recent Chairs of CTNO, a practical sign of our commitment to working together with other local churches.
