The Week Ahead
Worship & Music
The Choir

St Michael's has a small but thriving adult choir.
We sing an anthem and setting during most Sunday morning services,
and on several occasions throughout the year we sing a full choral evensong.
In addition to that we sing during extra services on high days and holy days. The church is blessed with a wonderful acoustic which lends itself to singing very well.
We are made up of people from different backgrounds who vary in age from 16 to 60-ish, and with different musical ability. However, we share one thing in common - our love for choral music.
If there's one thing we do well, it's that we enjoy what we do together.
We always welcome new people to the choir. There is no audition - just turn up to a rehearsal and join in the singing!
We practise on Thursdays in the church from 6.30 - 7.45pm. Why not join us?
If you would like to know more or to speak to anyone from the choir, please email the choirmaster, Stephen Allen: .
